When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and U.S. delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after that. Shipping is always free in the U.S. — no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — email us and we'll look into it right away.
What if my order never shows up?
You're fully covered. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of purchase, contact us and choose either a full refund or a free reshipment — your call.
What's our return and refund policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Damaged or defective items are replaced free, and you'll never be asked to ship anything back at your own cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn't been processed for fulfillment yet. Email us your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel or update it. Once it ships, the 30-day guarantee still has you covered after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express options at checkout like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you'd like to see Lumière in your country, send us a note; it genuinely helps us decide where to expand next.
entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?
Yes, if you catch it fast. Email us your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it right away. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it, so double-check your address at checkout.
Where do orders ship from?
Our products ship from partner warehouses, including international locations — that's part of how we keep shipping free and prices low. The price you see at checkout is what you pay: if a carrier ever asks you for an extra fee to receive your package, contact us and we'll make it right.
